Russian attack on Kharkiv cuts power in three districts, mayor says

KHARKIV: A Russian attack on Kharkiv, Ukraine’s second-largest city, partially knocked out power in three districts on Monday.

Mayor Ihor Terekhov reported the power disruption through a post on the Telegram messaging app.

He stated that Russian forces attacked the city using guided bombs during the assault.

Terekhov confirmed that a medical facility was struck in this latest attack on the city. – Reuters
