Invent\u00e9 en 1962 \u00e0 Marseille, le camion \u00e0 pizza est une v\u00e9ritable institution. \u00ab<i>\u00a0<\/i><i>Moi, ma pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9e, c\u2019est la moiti\u00e9 moiti\u00e9, mais attention, avec de l\u2019emmental, du vrai, pas de la mozza. \u00c0 la Friche, j\u2019en ferai des diff\u00e9rentes et j\u2019ai aussi une chef avec moi qui va en proposer avec de la pur\u00e9e de courges<\/i><i>\u00a0<\/i>\u00bb,<i> <\/i>pr\u00e9cise G\u00e9 le pizza\u00efolo, qui quitte son quartier pour cette journ\u00e9e d\u00e9di\u00e9e \u00e0 sa recette italienne favorite.<\/p>\n<p>Autour d\u2019un espace librairie et \u00e0 l\u2019occasion de la sortie de <i>P<\/i><i>izza. Histoires &#8211; Reportages Recettes<\/i> (\u00c9ditions Flammarion) d\u2019\u00c9z\u00e9chiel Z\u00e9rah, c\u2019est tout un univers avec des discussions au micro en public et sur les ondes de Radio Grenouille. \u00ab\u00a0Marseille est-elle la capitale fran\u00e7aise de la pizza\u00a0?\u00a0\u00bb, \u00ab\u00a0comment faire pour ouvrir une pizzeria en 2025 ?\u00a0\u00bb ou encore \u00ab\u00a0quelles sont les nouvelles tendances de la pizza\u00a0?\u00a0\u00bb font partie des questions qui seront abord\u00e9es.
