La liaison Fos-Salon entre dans sa 5<sup>e<\/sup> ann\u00e9e de concertation publique. Ce lundi 22\u00a0juin, la troisi\u00e8me s\u00e9quence consacr\u00e9e au choix des variantes et aux modalit\u00e9s de financement s\u2019est ouverte apr\u00e8s avoir \u00e9t\u00e9 report\u00e9e de deux ans \u00e0 la demande du comit\u00e9 des \u00e9lus. Mais alors, o\u00f9 en est ce projet d\u2019infrastructure routi\u00e8re, dont le co\u00fbt est aujourd\u2019hui estim\u00e9 \u00e0 566\u00a0millions d\u2019euros\u00a0?<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019hypoth\u00e8se d\u2019un financement public \u00e0 hauteur de 50% de la liaison avait d\u2019abord \u00e9t\u00e9 confirm\u00e9e par le Conseil d\u2019orientation des infrastructures en 2023, avant d\u2019\u00eatre repens\u00e9 lors de la conf\u00e9rence \u00ab\u00a0Ambition France Transports\u00a0\u00bb. Son rapport, remis en juillet\u00a02025, \u00e9tablit que les ressources publiques sont insuffisantes et identifie \u00ab\u00a0l\u2019opportunit\u00e9 offerte par le renouvellement des concessions autorouti\u00e8res historiques\u00a0\u00bb, qui s\u2019\u00e9taleront entre\u00a02031 et\u00a02036. La possibilit\u00e9 d\u2019une concession autonome avait au d\u00e9part \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9tudi\u00e9e, mais elle \u00ab\u00a0<i>conduisait \u00e0 des p\u00e9ages tr\u00e8s importants<\/i><i>\u00a0<\/i>\u00bb, assure Nadia Fabre, responsable du service transport infrastructure et mobilit\u00e9 de la Dreal.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c0 l\u2019heure actuelle, deux sc\u00e9narios sont envisag\u00e9s\u00a0: celui d\u2019un p\u00e9age complet du nord au sud de cette deux fois deux voies de 25km, pour un tarif de 9,6\u00a0centimes par km pour les v\u00e9hicules l\u00e9gers et 28,8\u00a0centimes pour les poids lourds\u00a0; ou celui d\u2019un p\u00e9age uniquement sur les sections nord et sud, pour un tarif de 25\u00a0centimes par km pour les v\u00e9hicules l\u00e9gers et de 74\u00a0centimes pour les poids lourds.<\/p>\n<p>Dans la salle, les habitants ont le \u00ab\u00a0<i>sentiment d\u2019une concertation b\u00e2cl\u00e9e<\/i>\u00a0\u00bb. \u00ab\u00a0<i>Et on comprend pourquoi<\/i><i>\u00a0<\/i><i>: vous \u00eates dans l\u2019urgence<\/i>\u00a0\u00bb, d\u00e9nonce Christian, du collectif Cistude. La Dreal a pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 un calendrier pr\u00e9visionnel \u00ab\u00a0imp\u00e9ratif\u00a0\u00bb comprenant une finalisation du dossier pr\u00e9alable \u00e0 la d\u00e9claration d\u2019utilit\u00e9 publique \u00e0 la fin de l\u2019ann\u00e9e, pour une enqu\u00eate publique ouverte en 2028 et une d\u00e9signation du concessionnaire en 2031.<\/p>\n<p>D\u2019ici l\u00e0, d\u2019autres projets sont inscrits dans le contrat de plan \u00c9tat-R\u00e9gion sign\u00e9 fin 2025\u00a0: la d\u00e9nivellation du giratoire de la fossette (14\u00a0millions d\u2019euros)\u00a0; le r\u00e9am\u00e9nagement du giratoire de toupigui\u00e8res pour am\u00e9liorer la desserte de Clesud (3,5\u00a0millions d\u2019euros) et le r\u00e9am\u00e9nagement du giratoire des Bellons (21\u00a0millions d\u2019euros de la M\u00e9tropole).<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Encore un serpent de mer.
