Les finances des transports virent en effet au rouge vif. \u00ab\u00a0<i>Le budget annexe fait face \u00e0 ces difficult\u00e9s structurelles avec un besoin de l\u2019ordre de 80M \u00e0 90M d\u2019euros d\u00e8s le budget primitif 2026<\/i><i>\u00a0<\/i>\u00bb, alerte ainsi le document qui parle d\u2019un \u00ab\u00a0<i>v\u00e9ritable mur<\/i><i>\u00a0<\/i>\u00bb financier. D\u00e8s 2025, la contribution d\u2019\u00e9quilibre s\u2019est r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9e insuffisante et l\u2019\u00e9pargne nette devrait \u00eatre en d\u00e9ficit de 135\u00a0millions d\u2019euros en 2028. \u00ab\u00a0<i>On pensait avoir une haie importante \u00e0 franchir, l\u00e0 on a une muraille, le chantier financier <\/i>(&#8230;)<i> est colossal<\/i><i>\u00a0<\/i>\u00bb, souffle le vice-pr\u00e9sident LR aux finances David Ytier, avant le \u00ab\u00a0<i>temps du partage des constats<\/i><i>\u00a0<\/i>\u00bb. Et de d\u00e9plorer\u00a0: \u00ab\u00a0<i>On nous demande de financer un d\u00e9veloppement de l\u2019offre sans mettre les recettes qui permettent de financer.<\/i><i>\u00a0<\/i>\u00bb D\u2019autant plus que la M\u00e9tropole doit faire face \u00e0 35\u00a0millions d\u2019euros de ponctions de l\u2019\u00c9tat.<\/p>\n<p>Alors l\u2019alternative est pos\u00e9e sur la table\u00a0: \u00ab\u00a0<i>D\u00e8s le budget primitif 2026, augmenter les recettes et\/ou baisser les co\u00fbts d\u2019exploitation.<\/i><i>\u00a0<\/i>\u00bb Sur la baisse des co\u00fbts, la M\u00e9tropole propose d\u2019embl\u00e9e 14\u00a0millions d\u2019euros d\u2019\u00e9conomies \u00ab\u00a0<i>en supprimant les kilom\u00e8tres peu productifs<\/i><i>\u00a0<\/i>\u00bb, les bus les moins fr\u00e9quent\u00e9s, sans toucher aux dessertes. Pour les recettes, elle esp\u00e8re pr\u00e9parer un nouveau plan Marseille en grand pour d\u00e9ployer les RER m\u00e9tropolitains et table sur une \u00e9volution l\u00e9gislative pour augmenter le versement mobilit\u00e9 des entreprises&#8230; Mais surtout, la hausse des recettes commerciales \u00ab\u00a0<i>constitue un levier prioritaire, rapide et p\u00e9renne d\u2019\u00e9quilibre du budget<\/i><i>\u00a0<\/i>\u00bb. Avec deux hypoth\u00e8ses\u00a0: un prix du billet augment\u00e9 de 20\u00a0centimes (jusqu\u2019\u00e0 3,6\u00a0millions d\u2019euros de recettes) ou de 80\u00a0centimes (+10,2\u00a0millions d\u2019euros). En augmentant au passage le tarif des dessertes de l\u2019a\u00e9roport. Des hypoth\u00e8ses \u00e9tudi\u00e9es \u00ab\u00a0<i>pour le quatri\u00e8me trimestre 2026<\/i><i>\u00a0<\/i>\u00bb.
