Guillaume Waille et Jean Escalon, codirigeants de la brasserie Walpine de Saint-Jean-Saint-Nicolas avaient un objectif en t\u00eate\u00a0: \u00e9laborer une bi\u00e8re naturelle et locale. Leur d\u00e9sir \u00e9tait que, du houblon au malt, en passant par les levures et l\u2019eau, la bi\u00e8re soit confectionn\u00e9e \u00e0 partir de produits naturels et locaux afin d\u2019obtenir le label \u00ab\u00a0Esprit parc\u00a0\u00bb. La brasserie \u00e9tant situ\u00e9e au sein du Parc national des \u00c9crins.<\/p>\n<p>Un label exigeant qui valorise la passion pour le territoire, les savoir-faire et la nature. Il atteste \u00e9galement que le produit s\u2019inscrit dans un processus \u00e9cologique qui pr\u00e9serve la biodiversit\u00e9. Ils se sont mis au travail d\u00e8s leur retour du Salon de l\u2019agriculture 2024, en collaboration avec le laboratoire d\u00e9partemental pour confectionner une levure 100% haut-alpine.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<div class=\"intext\"> Nature et savoir-faire\n              <\/div>\n<div class=\"paragraph\">\n<p><i>\u00ab<\/i><i>\u00a0<\/i><i>Le partenariat entre la brasserie et le laboratoire d\u00e9partemental a permis la cr\u00e9ation d\u2019un produit d\u2019une tr\u00e8s grande qualit\u00e9 (&#8230;)La d\u00e9marche a permis \u00e0 La Walpine de d\u00e9crocher le label &#8220;Esprit Parc national&#8221;, une v\u00e9ritable cons\u00e9cration pour ce travail partenarial<\/i><i>\u00a0<\/i><i>\u00bb<\/i>, conclut avec enthousiasme Jean-Marie Bernard.
