{"id":14684,"date":"2025-12-24T11:39:00","date_gmt":"2025-12-24T09:39:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/euapp01.newsmemory.com\/lamarseillaise\/news\/?p=14684"},"modified":"2025-12-31T09:52:43","modified_gmt":"2025-12-31T07:52:43","slug":"le-bus-une-infrastructure-routiere-qui-fait-grand-bruit","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/euapp01.newsmemory.com\/lamarseillaise\/news\/2025\/12\/24\/le-bus-une-infrastructure-routiere-qui-fait-grand-bruit\/","title":{"rendered":"Le BUS, une infrastructure routi\u00e8re qui fait grand bruit"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"paragraph\">\n<p>Alors que le collectif CANBUS s\u2019active et mobilise pour emp\u00eacher le prolongement du Boulevard Urbain Sud (un lin\u00e9aire pr\u00e9vu sur 8,5 km de l\u2019\u00e9changeur Florian jusqu\u2019\u00e0 la traverse Parangon) et \u00e9pargner le jardin de la Mathilde, les jardins familiaux Joseph-Aiguier et la pin\u00e8de du Roy d\u2019Espagne, la M\u00e9tropole lance un march\u00e9 pour poursuivre l\u2019isolation acoustique des b\u00e2timents impact\u00e9s sur les 3 km de la section livr\u00e9e en 2021 jusqu\u2019au boulevard de Sainte Marguerite.<\/p>\n<p>A ce jour, les menuiseries de 126 logements ont d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9t\u00e9 remplac\u00e9es via un dispositif de subventions que la M\u00e9tropole veut \u00e9tendre. Pour s\u2019assurer de l\u2019impact r\u00e9el de l\u2019infrastructure d\u00e9cri\u00e9e, une mise \u00e0 jour en juin\u00a02021 de l\u2019\u00e9tude acoustique de 2016, a mis en \u00e9vidence \u00ab<i>\u00a0<\/i><i>la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de traiter 570 b\u00e2timents suppl\u00e9mentaires par rapport aux 117 b\u00e2timents initialement pr\u00e9vus<\/i><i>\u00a0<\/i>\u00bb et ce en d\u00e9pit de 5 kilom\u00e8tres de murs de cl\u00f4ture acoustiques d\u00e9j\u00e0 pos\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>La r\u00e9glementation impose au ma\u00eetre d\u2019ouvrage des mesures de protection en cas de d\u00e9passement des seuils de 60\/65 d\u00e9cibels le jour (6h-22h) et 50\/55 d\u00e9cibels la nuit (22h-6h). Pour donner un ordre d\u2019id\u00e9e, le niveau sonore \u00e0 moins de 8 m\u00e8tres d\u2019un v\u00e9hicule roulant \u00e0 50 km\/h se situe autour de 70\/75 d\u00e9cibels. La somme de 10 v\u00e9hicules augmente le niveau de bruit global de 10 d\u00e9cibels, soit 80\/85 d\u00e9cibels. Le bruit montant, sa perception est amplifi\u00e9e aux \u00e9tages. D\u2019o\u00f9 l\u2019isolation acoustique des fa\u00e7ades propos\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<div class=\"intext\"> Un trafic encore sous-estim\u00e9\n              <\/div>\n<div class=\"paragraph\">\n<p>Autre probl\u00e9matique soulev\u00e9e, la sous-estimation du trafic pris en compte dans les \u00e9tudes.
