Sauver le fret ferroviaire en cours de privatisation pour limiter les camions sur les routes. Et pr\u00e9server les petites lignes d\u2019\u00e9quilibre du territoire. Voil\u00e0 le triple objectif de l\u2019appel national pour l\u2019avenir du ferroviaire lanc\u00e9 en juin par Carole Delga.<\/p>\n<p>Si le signal de la pr\u00e9sidente de R\u00e9gion a trouv\u00e9 peu d\u2019\u00e9cho \u00e0 Paris, il a eu le m\u00e9rite de rappeler \u00e0 l\u2019\u00c9tat l\u2019urgence \u00e0 agir tandis que 4\u00a0000\u00a0km de rail, dont un millier en Occitanie qui ont besoin de travaux d\u2019entretien, sont menac\u00e9s. La R\u00e9gion, elle, fait sa part et plus encore. Pr\u00e8s de 3 ans apr\u00e8s la r\u00e9ouverture de la ligne de la rive droite du Rh\u00f4ne N\u00eemes-Pont Saint-Esprit, c\u2019est la ligne Montr\u00e9jeau-Luchon (35 minutes au lieu de 55 en bus) qui fonctionne \u00e0 nouveau depuis le 22\u00a0juin, dix ans apr\u00e8s sa fermeture. Il aura fallu que la R\u00e9gion finance les 67\u00a0millions d\u2019euros de r\u00e9novation de l\u2019infrastructure de 36 km.<\/p>\n<p>Mais le volontarisme de la R\u00e9gion ne peut suffire. L\u2019\u00c9tat doit cesser de faire l\u2019autruche et assumer d\u2019entretenir les lignes. Par exemple B\u00e9ziers-Neussargues, ligne strat\u00e9gique (\u00e0 l\u2019instar de B\u00e9ziers-Clermont) mais v\u00e9tuste qui n\u00e9cessite d\u2019importants travaux d\u2019ici 2032, notamment sur le viaduc de Garabit.<\/p>\n<p>Dans le Gard, les travaux s\u2019\u00e9ternisent pour une ouverture compl\u00e8te de la ligne de la rive droite du Rh\u00f4ne. Quant \u00e0 Al\u00e8s-Bess\u00e8ges, ferm\u00e9e en 2012 en raison de la d\u00e9t\u00e9rioration du mat\u00e9riel et des gares, la r\u00e9ouverture a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9cal\u00e9e une seconde fois \u00e0 2030 \u00e0 cause de la \u00ab<i>\u00a0<\/i><i>l\u00e9gislation contraignante<\/i><i>\u00a0<\/i>\u00bb.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Permettre aux m&eacute;tropoles d&rsquo;&ecirc;tre mieux connect&eacute;es gr&acirc;ce au TGV.
