C\u2019est une premi\u00e8re pour le salon<\/i> \u00bb, exultait-il.<\/p>\n<p>Quatre chefs sont attendus pour cet \u00e9v\u00e9nement, ce samedi 15 novembre, parmi lesquels Ludovic Bicchierai, ma\u00eetre artisan pizzaiolo et champion du monde de pizza \u00e0 Parme en Italie, qui performera de 16h \u00e0 17h30. Mais aussi Fabien Morreale, chef mart\u00e9gal finaliste de Top Chef 2013 de 18h \u00e0 19h30, et le bin\u00f4me Vanessa Robuschi et Adel Dakkar, tous deux Marseillais et anciens candidats de Top Chef, le dimanche de 15h30 \u00e0 17h30.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0Je veux rendre<br \/>la cuisine accessible\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Le chef Fabien Morreale est connu pour \u00eatre le propri\u00e9taire de trois restaurants \u00e0 Martigues, le gastronomique Le Garage, le bistro italien Le Gusto et Maison Gailliard, sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9 dans les hamburgers.<\/p>\n<p>Ce samedi, Fabien Morreale pr\u00e9sentera \u00ab\u00a0<i>une recette populaire de foie gras cuit au sel, ultra simple et impossible \u00e0 louper<\/i>\u00a0\u00bb, promet le chef. Il ajoute\u00a0: \u00ab\u00a0<i>Je vais faire un truc un peu plus compliqu\u00e9, une garniture de l\u00e9gumes sucr\u00e9e, avec du panais, des topinambours et du c\u00e9leri tr\u00e8s fin<\/i>\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0<i>Je veux rendre la cuisine accessible, la d\u00e9mocratiser<\/i>\u00a0\u00bb, argumente Fabien Morreale.
