Pendant l\u2019apr\u00e8s-midi puis toute la nuit, la centaine d\u2019ouvriers mobilis\u00e9s ont pr\u00e9par\u00e9 les postes d\u2019aiguillages de Rognac, Berre-l\u2019\u00c9tang, Les Roques, Miramas et Saint-Martin-de-Crau \u00e0 leur informatisation.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019objectif pour SNCF R\u00e9seau est de moderniser tout l\u2019aiguillage de Marseille \u00e0 Avignon, passant de l\u2019ancienne technologie \u00e9lectrom\u00e9canique \u00e0 une t\u00e9l\u00e9commande totalement informatis\u00e9e. Le pilotage de l\u2019aiguillage s\u2019effectuera \u00e0 terme, \u00e0 horizon 2031, depuis la tour de contr\u00f4le ferroviaire de la r\u00e9gion Paca, situ\u00e9e \u00e0 Marseille et inaugur\u00e9e le 7\u00a0mai 2025 (<a rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" href=\"https:\/\/www.lamarseillaise.fr\/societe\/le-trafic-des-trains-de-la-region-sera-pilote-depuis-marseille-NA18094810\" target=\"_blank\">voir notre \u00e9dition du 9\/05<\/a>). \u00ab\u00a0<i>La modernisation du r\u00e9seau ferr\u00e9 est d\u00e9j\u00e0 en marche<\/i>\u00a0\u00bb, s\u2019enthousiasmait \u00e0 ce titre le PDG de SNCF R\u00e9seau, Matthieu Chabanel.<\/p>\n<p>Chez les cheminots, cette op\u00e9ration de modernisation est \u00e9galement bien accueillie. \u00ab\u00a0<i>On voit ces travaux d&#8217;un bon \u0153il car il s\u2019agit d\u2019une augmentation technologique de nos infrastructures<\/i>\u00a0\u00bb, consid\u00e8re Robin Matta, secr\u00e9taire du syndicat CGT des cheminots de Miramas et aiguilleur de m\u00e9tier. \u00ab\u00a0<i>Le fait de passer aux commandes informatiques, qu&#8217;on utilise d\u00e9j\u00e0 pour les TGV et qu\u2019il faut g\u00e9n\u00e9raliser, permet en m\u00eame temps de r\u00e9nover le rail et les appareils de voirie, comme les aiguillages et les signaux qui permettent aux trains de rouler<\/i>\u00a0\u00bb, ajoute le syndicaliste.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<div class=\"intext\"> 300\u00a0millions d\u2019euros\n              <\/div>\n<div class=\"paragraph\">\n<p>L\u2019ensemble du chantier de mise en t\u00e9l\u00e9commande de l\u2019aiguillage courant jusqu\u2019en 2031 est financ\u00e9 \u00e0 hauteur de 300\u00a0millions d\u2019euros au total par SNCF R\u00e9seau, dont 46,5\u00a0millions mobilis\u00e9s pour l\u2019ann\u00e9e 2025.<\/p>\n<p>Les cheminots restent pour autant vigilants quant aux cons\u00e9quences de l\u2019informatisation. Robin Matta souligne que \u00ab\u00a0<i>les m\u00e9tiers li\u00e9s \u00e0 l&#8217;aiguillage informatis\u00e9 sont des postes de niveau ma\u00eetrise, alors qu\u2019\u00e0 l\u2019aiguillage m\u00e9canique ce sont des ex\u00e9cutants. La formation et la r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration doivent suivre cette mont\u00e9e en comp\u00e9tences.<\/i><i>\u00a0<\/i>\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Selon le syndicaliste, les petits postes d\u2019aiguillage comme celui de Rognac seront supprim\u00e9s \u00e0 terme. \u00ab\u00a0<i>Avec le syndicat CGT, nous suivons le processus de reclassement en cours pour que les agents restent sur le bassin d&#8217;emploi et puissent monter en comp\u00e9tences<\/i>\u00a0\u00bb sur les nouveaux postes.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Une op&eacute;ration expresse de modernisation des &eacute;quipements a &eacute;t&eacute; men&eacute;e par SNCF R&eacute;seau samedi et dimanche dernier.
