Il fait partie des cinq laur\u00e9ats du titre professionnel d\u2019encadrant technique d\u2019insertion (ETI). <span class=\"mln_uppercase_mln\">\u00e0<\/span> ses c\u00f4t\u00e9s, J\u00e9r\u00e9my Rahim, \u00e9galement laur\u00e9at et salari\u00e9 de l\u2019Arm\u00e9e du salut, confie que<i> <\/i>cette formation l\u2019a chang\u00e9\u00a0: \u00ab<i>\u00a0<\/i><i>Elle m\u2019a permis de mettre des mots sur des choses.<\/i><i>\u00a0<\/i>\u00bb<i> <\/i>Un v\u00e9ritable d\u00e9fi pour ce jeune homme, pour qui<i> <\/i>l\u2019\u00e9cole n\u2019a jamais \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00ab\u00a0<i>son truc<\/i>\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Ce 4\u00a0novembre, la soir\u00e9e marquant le premier anniversaire a aussi officialis\u00e9 le lancement du site internet d\u2019\u00c9pices. Ce collectif regroupe sept structures d\u2019insertion par la restauration : La Table de Cana, Les Grandes Tables, En Chantier, Festin (Les Beaux-Mets &#038; Des \u00c9toiles et des Femmes), L\u2019Apr\u00e8s-M, La R\u00e9sidence William Booth de l\u2019Arm\u00e9e du salut, et Le Bouillon de Noailles.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019objectif de l\u2019association est de favoriser l\u2019acc\u00e8s \u00e0 un emploi durable dans le secteur de la restauration, renforcer l\u2019accompagnement des personnes en insertion et, plus largement, promouvoir une approche inclusive de la cuisine. En chiffres, ce sont 230\u00a0personnes qui ont \u00e9t\u00e9 accompagn\u00e9es vers l\u2019emploi en 2025.<i> <\/i>Les coordinatrices Marina Jost et \u00c9milie Buisson ne cachent cependant pas leurs inqui\u00e9tudes\u00a0: \u00ab<i>\u00a0<\/i><i><span class=\"mln_uppercase_mln\">l<\/span><\/i><i>es financements de l\u2019insertion sont annonc\u00e9s \u00e0 la baisse et il nous faudra redoubler d\u2019efforts pour mener \u00e0 bien nos missions.<\/i><i>\u00a0<\/i>\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Autre moment fort : la pr\u00e9sentation du 23<sup>e<\/sup>\u00a0num\u00e9ro de la revue <i>Ingr\u00e9dient<\/i>, consacr\u00e9e \u00e0 la valeur travail et r\u00e9alis\u00e9 au sein des structures du collectif \u00c9pices. Pour Mo Abbas, auteur,<i> <\/i>\u00ab<i>\u00a0<\/i><i>sans doute l\u2019un des num\u00e9ros les plus difficiles, car il a fallu beaucoup r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir sur le rapport au travail et en parler librement<\/i><i>\u00a0<\/i>\u00bb. Pour Pauline Gilbert, illustratrice, \u00ab<i>\u00a0<\/i><i>c\u2019\u00e9tait beaucoup de rencontres avec ces hommes et ces femmes.
