Diese Aktien will die Unicredit den Commerzbank-Aktion\u00e4ren zum Tausch anbieten. Die Commerzbank-F\u00fchrung und ihren Besch\u00e4ftigten sowie auch die Bundesregierung haben sich gegen die Pl\u00e4ne ausgesprochen.<\/div>\n<div class=\"mb-5 xl:mb-[15px]\">Der deutsche Staat h\u00e4lt noch einen Anteil von 12,1 Prozent an der Commerzbank \u2013 ein \u00dcberbleibsel der Rettungsaktion von 2008 w\u00e4hrend der weltweiten Finanzkrise.
