Der n\u00e4chste Sparplan soll bis 2029 sozialvertr\u00e4glich und ohne betriebsbedingte K\u00fcndigungen umgesetzt werden. So werden frei werdende Stellen nicht nachbesetzt, Besch\u00e4ftigte fr\u00fcher in den Ruhestand verabschiedet oder freiwillige Abg\u00e4nge \u00fcber Abfindungen vereinbart.<\/div>\n<div class=\"mb-5 xl:mb-[15px]\">Evonik hatte unter anderem angek\u00fcndigt, das Polyester-Gesch\u00e4ft mit einem Jahresumsatz von rund 150 Millionen Euro einzustellen.\u00a0Per Ende 2025 besch\u00e4ftigte Evonik mit 31.053 Mitarbeiter fast 900 weniger als ein Jahr zuvor.
