Mai, \u00fcber die Aufhebung der Immunit\u00e4t der deutschen Abgeordneten Angelika Niebler (CSU) ab (12.30 Uhr).<\/div>\n<div class=\"mb-5 xl:mb-[15px]\">Niebler wird vorgeworfen, ihre vom EU-Parlament bezahlten Mitarbeiter f\u00fcr Aufgaben eingesetzt zu haben, die nichts mit ihrer T\u00e4tigkeit als Parlamentarierin zu tun hatten. Niebler hat die Vorw\u00fcrfe als unzutreffend zur\u00fcckgewiesen.<\/div>\n<div class=\"mb-5 xl:mb-[15px]\">Die Europ\u00e4ische Staatsanwaltschaft hatte bereits im vergangenen Herbst um die Aufhebung der Immunit\u00e4t Nieblers gebeten.
