Das teilte das deutsch-franz\u00f6sische Unternehmen in Amsterdam mit. Juni die Einigung auf eine Beteiligung des Bundes mit rund 40 Prozent an dem R\u00fcstungsunternehmen verk\u00fcndet, das unter anderem den Kampfpanzer Leopard 2 baut.<\/div>\n<div class=\"mb-5 xl:mb-[15px]\">Die deutsche Beteiligung muss noch vom Haushaltsausschuss des Bundestages abgesegnet werden, der dazu am Freitag zu einer Sondersitzung zusammenkommt.<\/div>\n<div class=\"mb-5 xl:mb-[15px]\">KNDS ist aus der Fusion von Krauss-Maffei Wegmann und dem franz\u00f6sischen Unternehmen Nexter hervorgegangen. Aktuell halten der franz\u00f6sische Staat und die deutsche Eigent\u00fcmerfamilie Wegmann jeweils 50 Prozent an KNDS.<\/div>\n<div class=\"mb-5 xl:mb-[15px]\">Die Wegmann-Familie will ihre Anteile allerdings verkaufen, dazu soll das Unternehmen an die B\u00f6rse. Ein genauer Termin daf\u00fcr ist derzeit noch offen, in einer geheimen Vorlage des Bundesverteidigungsministerium ist von Anfang Juli die Rede.
