Commerzbank-Anteilseigner boten der Unicredit seit Anfang Mai 12,51 Prozent der Aktien der Commerzbank an, wie die italienische Bank am Freitag mitteilte. Damit hat sie sich einen Anteil von insgesamt 39,28 Prozent gesichert.<\/div>\n<div class=\"mb-5 xl:mb-[15px]\">Die Unicredit kauft bereits sei Ende 2024 im gro\u00dfen Stil Anteile an der Commerzbank und strebt eine \u00dcbernahme an \u2013 bis Anfang Mai besa\u00df sie 26,77 Prozent der Anteile. Es wurde bis 3. Juli Mitternacht verl\u00e4ngert.<\/div>\n<div class=\"mb-5 xl:mb-[15px]\">Das Ergebnis will die Unicredit am 8. Juli bekanntgeben.\u00a0Die italienische Bank\u00a0besitzt au\u00dferdem Finanzinstrumente in H\u00f6he von 3,22 Prozent, die sie in Commerzbank-Aktien umwandeln kann, und Derivate in H\u00f6he von 13,19 Prozent.<\/div>\n<div class=\"mb-5 xl:mb-[15px]\">Die Unicredit will das internationale Netzwerk der Commerzbank, das als zu komplex und ineffizient gilt, verkleinern und die Bank wieder st\u00e4rker auf ihr Deutschlandgesch\u00e4ft ausrichten.
