Das Oberlandesgericht K\u00f6ln erh\u00f6hte den Betrag nun auf etwa 220 Millionen Euro. Hinzu kommen Zinsen und Zinseszinsen von voraussichtlich mehr als 100 Millionen Euro.<\/div>\n<h2 class=\"heading-2 mb-3 pt-2 lg:pt-1 xl:pt-2.5\">Umstrittene Beschaffung 2020<\/h2>\n<div class=\"mb-5 xl:mb-[15px]\">Zu Beginn der Pandemie hatte das Bundesgesundheitsministerium unter Jens Spahn (CDU) im M\u00e4rz 2020 ein sogenanntes Open-House-Verfahren gestartet. Es gab weder eine Begrenzung der Lieferantenzahl noch der Gesamtmenge.
